Birdteq works with small and large construction companies throughout the UK.  We have carried out large fouling clearances and installed varying bird deterrent systems to new build projects and renovation projects.

Many commercial new building projects will include an architectural requirement for bird control proofing installations.  In our experience these are generally carried out at the end of the new build, once painting and cladding are completed.  Birdteq works with it’s construction company clients to install our bird deterrent systems at the right time, so project completion dates are not delayed.

Our services are commonly called upon for renovation projects.  Many old buildings have feral pigeon infestations, resulting in heavily guano contaminated areas.  Our bird fouling removal service leaves sites safe and hygienic.

All Birdteq staff are CSCS card holders and access trained with IPAF and PASMA.  Our staff are regularly trained in asbestos awareness, hand and power tool usage, working at height and construction related health and safety.

Birdteq is safety accredited with CHAS and trade accredited with the National Pest Technicians Association.
